Sales Manager (Fruits, Seafood, and Food Products)

Our company is an international trading firm based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in the import and export of fruits, seafood, and various food products. We are committed to providing high-quality, safe, and fresh food to global customers. With a well-established supply chain and a strong market presence, we hold a significant position in the Middle Eastern and international markets.

Sales Manager role entails:

  1. Market Expansion & Sales:
    - Lead the sales operations of fruits, seafood, and food products in the Middle East and international markets, developing and executing sales strategies.
    - Expand customer base and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
    - Conduct market research, analyze competition, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Team Management & Leadership:
    - Build and manage the sales team, set sales targets, and drive performance.
    - Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  3. Supply Chain & Product Management:
    - Work closely with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure a stable and efficient supply chain.
    - Participate in product selection and pricing strategies to maintain competitive market positioning.
  4. Business Development & Partnerships:
    - Represent the company at industry trade shows and networking events to establish and maintain business relationships.
    - Negotiate and secure business deals with retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, and restaurant chains.
  5. Sales Data Analysis & Optimization:
    - Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates and profitability.
    - Provide regular sales reports and strategic recommendations to the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Industry Experience:
    - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fruits, seafood, or food industry, with an established client network.
