We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our clients growing team. As a Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth expanding market reach and fostering strong relationships with existing and new clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals while working closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the companys continued success and growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
  • Ensures smooth operation of the All our Customers section through coordination with allied departments:
  • Collaborates with CEO/COO and Finance team to plan and prepare yearly budgets
  • Maximize profitability by understanding product and clientwise profitability to achieve maximum success
  • Leads a team of Client Services to generate sustainable sales revenue growth:
  • Coordinates with high volume clients for annual contract negotiations:
  • Handles customer grievance and ensures appropriate action is taken
  • Generates periodic reports for submission to the CEO and the Management:
  • Executes tasks in consultation with Management
  • Reports on all pertinent issues to the CEO and Management:
  • Responsibilities extend to all company projects:

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager preferably within the agriculture or food production industry.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Agriculture or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Must be available 24/7 to resolve any urgent/emergency situations: Remain accessible and responsive to address urgent salesrelated issues or emergencies as they arise demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • 5 years minimum experience
  • Valid UAE Driving License
  • Currently in UAE
