Apt Resources is proud to partner with a leading Fruits & Vegetables Distribution Company recognized for its commitment to delivering high-quality fresh produce to customers in UAE. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our client’s growing team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and fostering strong relationships with existing and new clients. You will lead a team of sales professionals while working closely with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the company's continued success and growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the 'All our Customers' section through coordination with allied departments.
  • Collaborate with CEO / COO and Finance team to plan and prepare yearly budgets.
  • Maximize profitability by understanding product and client-wise profitability to achieve maximum success.
  • Lead a team of Client Services to generate sustainable sales revenue growth.
  • Coordinate with high volume clients for annual contract negotiations.
  • Handle customer grievances and ensure appropriate action is taken.
  • Generate periodic reports for submission to the CEO and Management.
  • Execute tasks in consultation with Management.
  • Report on all pertinent issues to the CEO and Management.
  • Responsibilities extend to all company projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within the agriculture or food production industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be available 24/7 to resolve any urgent/emergency situations; remain accessible and responsive to address urgent sales-related issues or emergencies as they arise, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
  • Currently residing in UAE.
