What Does a Sales Manager for Events & MICE Do?

As a Sales Manager for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE), your responsibilities include promoting hotel event and group business, developing long-term client relationships, and coordinating events smoothly. Your goal is to increase market share, improve guest satisfaction, and support the hotel's commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities
