Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager who has an in-depth understanding of the light and sound gear rental business. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to utilize your unique sales strategies and build upon your existing knowledge of the industry. Your focus will be to drive the expansion of our services to new clients while maintaining excellent relationships with our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract new clients and increase revenue.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients while seeking out opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Regularly report on sales performance against set goals and suggest improvements as needed.
  • Keep abreast with industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
