Sales Manager – International Exhibitions

Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for connecting businesses to global opportunities? My client is looking for a Sales Manager to join a growing international exhibitions team in Dubai, helping clients from across the GCC gain visibility at major trade fairs around the world.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where you’ll work across diverse sectors, represent world-class events, and play a pivotal role in expanding global reach for your clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and revenue growth by engaging B2B clients across the GCC.
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships using a consultative sales approach.
  • Promote international exhibitions aligned to industry trends and client goals.
  • Conduct sales outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and trade show networking.
  • Attend regional industry events and act as a key brand ambassador.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reporting using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with international sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Identify emerging trends and advise clients on tailored opportunities to showcase their brand globally.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years experience in B2B exhibition sales. Delegate sales experience is desirable.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational capabilities.
