About the Role: This is a senior-level opportunity for a commercially driven and well-connected professional with a proven track record in exhibition stand sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with event organisers in the UAE and the ability to drive business development across key industry sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. - Identify and close new business opportunities with exhibition organisers and direct clients. - Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders in the exhibitions and events space. - Build a high-performance, client-focused sales culture. - Work closely with design and production teams to ensure creative and commercial alignment.

- Proven experience in sales leadership within the exhibition stand design and build industry in the UAE. - A strong footprint in the local market with direct links to event organisers and exhibition stakeholders. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Ability to strategise, forecast, and execute effectively. - Must be currently based in the UAE with a valid driving license.
