About Our Client
Our client is a confidential, boutique real estate investment and holiday home company headquartered in Dubai. Specializing in premium short-term rental properties and curated investment advisory, they work closely with international investors—particularly from the UK—offering personalized, high-return property solutions in Dubai’s most sought-after areas.
They are now looking for a Dubai-based Sales Manager – UK Market to drive UK-focused sales and support their growing portfolio of global investors.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage property sales targeting UK-based investors, offering ready and off-plan properties tailored for investment and short-term rental.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UK clients, brokers, and referral networks to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Manage, coach, and grow the internal real estate sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for UK-based buyers, offering strategic investment guidance and full-cycle sales support.
- Collaborate with internal teams (property management, marketing) to align sales efforts with client needs and rental income projections.
- Maintain an updated understanding of Dubai’s real estate market, investor expectations, and legal frameworks relevant to international buyers.
- Track and manage your pipeline using the CRM, reporting performance KPIs and forecasting accurately.
- Contribute to team culture by mentoring junior agents and sharing market insights.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai, with eligibility to work and strong knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, ideally in real estate, investment consulting, or holiday home management.
- Proven success in selling to UK clients and closing high-value property transactions.
- Strong understanding of Dubai off-plan and short-term rental opportunities.
- Fluent in English (native or fluent); additional languages are a plus.
- Entrepreneurial and client-first mindset, with a passion for delivering tailored solutions.
- Ability to work independently in a high-accountability, boutique environment.
- Strong CRM, pipeline management, and client engagement skills.
