Job description

To develop & execute sales plans, build/leverage key relationships/segments to maximize the bank's market share and achieve sales targets through the direct sales team. To deliver the UAE multi-product sales targets by driving efficiency in the sales process, coaching managers, and leading by example.

Responsibilities
  1. Achieve monthly sales targets for various personal banking products by guiding teams and individuals towards their KPIs.
  2. Identify and develop opportunities to maximize penetration in key organizations.
  3. Maintain headcount plans throughout the year by managing attrition and recruiting staff in a timely manner.
  4. Ensure FOS achieve all KPI and KPA standards by monitoring phone calls and face-to-face visits, along with monthly financial targets.
  5. Identify training needs of staff and coordinate appropriate training programs in liaison with MLS.
  6. Maintain and develop relationships with top management of target market companies and existing customers to enhance cross-sell opportunities.
  7. Act as an external contact point between the bank and its markets, both existing and potential.
  8. Ensure FOS conduct micro-marketing activities, including kiosk activities and other direct marketing efforts.
  9. Review MIS to identify growth opportunities, analyze sales trends, and maintain effective performance management standards.
  10. Ensure FOS participate in team activities such as morning huddles, training, coaching, mandatory compliance and fraud training, lean initiatives, and reward celebrations. Keep abreast of market dynamics and share learnings with NSM and Head of Sales for areas of improvement and concerns.
Qualifications
  1. Sales profile requiring confidence, persistence, personality, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Basic knowledge of retail banking products, service policies, and processes. Graduate, preferably with an MBA in Sales & Marketing, with 8-10 years of banking sales experience.
