Job Title: Sales Manager - Digital Media

About Us

One of our clients, a leading digital media company based in Dubai, is looking for a driven and experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
  2. Identify, pitch, and close business deals with digital agencies, brands, and direct clients.
  3. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales account management.
  4. Present and promote digital media products (e.g., display ads, branded content, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, video ads, and programmatic solutions).
  5. Collaborate with content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and reporting.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media buyers, and decision-makers.
  7. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales, media sales, or advertising, preferably within the UAE or MENA region.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
  4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong network of contacts in media agencies and direct brand clients.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  7. Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
  8. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
