Job Requirements

• Managing daily sales activities to meet targets.
• Maintaining existing corporate accounts and following up with customers through personal contact.
• Achieving sales objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Conducting site inspections and hosting familiarization visits.
• Converting RFPs and new local accounts to the hotel.
• Representing the hotel in meetings, conferences, and external sales presentations to solicit, explain, negotiate, and close sales.
• Negotiating contracts and establishing agreements with customers and vendors.
• Traveling outside the hotel to meet and entertain clients and prospects to close deals.
• Attending weekly sales meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations.

Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Dubai with strong knowledge of the corporate market.
• Experience in a 4- to 5-star city hotel.
