  • Develop and implement the sales strategy for Construction Equipment and Material Handling Equipment across key segments for the UAE market.
  • Identify and pursue high-potential opportunities, clients, and sectors to achieve growth.
  • Manage and coach the 4-5 sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and internal stakeholders to ensure product positioning, pricing, and promotions are optimized.
  • Oversee tender participation, pricing proposals, and contractual negotiations with clients.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence to monitor competition and suggest strategic responses.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous support, feedback collection, and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain reporting systems, pipeline forecasts, and performance KPIs.

Job Purpose

To lead and drive the sales of Construction equipment (CE), Material handling equipment (MHE), and gensets by developing business strategies, managing key client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving profitability and growth targets in alignment with divisional objectives.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial or construction equipment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of CE/MHE/generator products and UAE market
  • Proven track record in sales and client relationship management
  • Leadership, team management, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of tendering processes
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
