Vantage Markets is seeking a results-driven and ambitious Sales / BD Manager to join our expanding team in Dubai. If you're passionate about the financial markets, thrive in a high-performance environment, and have experience in Forex (FX) sales, this is your chance to grow with a global broker.

Job Title: Sales / Business Development Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years (Forex industry preferred)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel growth.
  • Execute business development plans and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospects aligned with targets.
  • Utilize existing relationships to generate new business leads.
  • Stay updated with financial market trends and trading news.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Forex/Financial Services industry.
