Sales Manager – B2C | Freezone, Sharjah


My client is looking for a Sales Manager (Head of B2C Sales) to lead their Business Launch division in Sharjah Freezone. You’ll manage and coach a team of sales executives and coordinators, driving client acquisition and ensuring a smooth journey for businesses setting up with us.


Role of a Sales Manager - B2C


  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to hit targets and KPIs.

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, conversion rates, and CRM discipline.

  • Support the team with complex negotiations and client requirements.

  • Work closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback.

  • Report on performance, forecasts, and opportunities.


What We’re Looking For as a Sales Manager - B2C


  • 5–7 years of B2C sales/business development experience, including 2–3 years in leadership.

  • Background in freezone licensing, company formation, or service-based industries is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and commercial skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM (Zoho preferred) and data analysis.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
