Job description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the automotive accessory sector. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients such as car dealers, accessory wholesalers, and vehicle exporters. The ideal candidate will bring strong market knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Forecast sales volumes for existing and new products; identify growth opportunities and market shifts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Collaborate with the product development team to propose new product ideas and expand the product portfolio.

Work closely with the procurement team to align on sales forecasts and order planning.

Coordinate with supply chain and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Oversee the performance of the sales support team to ensure exceptional customer service and post-sales support.

Analyze sales trends, prepare detailed performance reports, and present insights and forecasts to management.

Maintain high standards of customer service by resolving issues in collaboration with the quality assurance team.

Support financial planning by contributing to annual sales budgeting and expense management.

Partner with the accounts team to ensure effective receivables management and adherence to credit limits.

Implement ongoing coaching, performance monitoring, and development of the sales team.
