About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Leisure Sales Manager - Asian Market to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue.
  2. Assist in executing the annual commercial plan within your area of responsibility.
  3. Monitor competitor activities and respond accordingly.
  4. Maintain a high-profile network and prospect new business opportunities.
  5. Research media and market intelligence to source new business.
  6. Attend trade shows, client events, FAM trips, and sales trips as scheduled.
  7. Stay updated on budget and target achievements for SBUs and your segment.
  8. Secure marketing opportunities to position the brand and drive trade partner sales.
  9. Manage the marketing budget for the European Market with the ADOS.
  10. Develop close relationships with GSO's and SBUs.
  11. Assist and coach sales team members in their daily activities.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field from a reputable university.
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized organization.
  3. Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese.
  4. Strong sales skills with a proven ability to influence clients and generate revenue.
  5. A creative and innovative approach to sales activities.
