Overview of the role :
- The purpose of the role is to manage the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies. Ensure that the sales team adheres to the company mission, vision, and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for achieving the specific portfolio goals by directing sales teams to meet sales targets.
What you will do :
- Lead the sales team to achieve portfolio goals and sales targets.
- Manage the assigned location, including manpower, vehicle display, and facility standards as per Al-Futtaim standards.
- Provide an educational, immersive, and exciting experience to customers, supporting BYD's mission by creating memorable showroom experiences.
- Ensure visitors are inspired and supported to learn about BYD from their first interaction in the showroom.
- Supervise daily sales performance, follow up on vehicle sales and value-added products, and participate in peak season transactions to meet sales targets.
- Develop and analyze business plans to meet operational targets set by management.
- Monitor and evaluate sales team performance, taking corrective actions as needed in collaboration with center management.
- Promote efficient sales processes and address customer complaints to maintain satisfaction and engagement.
- Coach sales team members to uphold customer care standards and develop their skills for future growth.
- Supervise sales activities to ensure compliance with company policies through effective communication and monitoring.
- Maintain business process standards, including accurate customer data capture at all points of sale.
- Update the sales team on product knowledge and EV infrastructure to enhance confidence and performance.
- Manage documentation and legal matters related to sales, adhering to government rules to minimize legal risks.

About the Team :
- Reporting to the Retail Director, working closely with the sales team and internal/external stakeholders.
What equips you for the role :
- At least 3 years of experience in a client-oriented automotive retail luxury environment.
- 3 years of leadership and people management experience.
- Additional experience in retail environments with strong brand presence.
