ABOUT OUR GROUP SECTOR / BUSINESS AREA
The Tires Group Sector is responsible for tire sales worldwide. Within the Business Area Tires RE EMEA and with MENA locations in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Morocco, we serve, in close cooperation with our partner network, our customers by selling multi-brand passenger light vehicle tires, truck tires and specialty tires in over 20 countries of the region.
ABOUT THE POSITION
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the definition and execution of sales strategy in the market
- Define and follow business plan of partner (importer)
- Define and follow brand and channel strategy of partner (importer)
- Balance the needs of partners and Continental's targets
- Implement Equity, ContiService, O.E car dealer strategy for the region
- Implement sell out pricing guideline for the Equity, ContiService & O.E. car dealer channels
- Implement 3 year business plan for retail & O.E. car dealer for the region
- Implement Fleet Solutions Channel strategy for the region
- Define business plan for Fleet Solutions Channel development
- Deploy brand and sellout pricing guideline for the Fleet Solutions Channel
Sales Operations
- Forecast and follow the sales development in responsible market
- Analyze sales, costs KPI and sales efficiency
- Analyze industry and market data, follow market trends
- Follow the fulfillment of deliveries, including order book
- Analyse sales & sales efficiency for the Equity, ContiService & O.E. car channels
- Implement & follow up sell out activities for Equity, ContiService & O.E. car channels
- Conduct customer visits for all related Equity, ContiService & O.E. car channels
- Track sell out versus sell in & identify opportunities to enhance the distributor or Continental sales
- Participate in the preparation of contractual commercial conditions and their regular updating with customer
- Activate new accounts in line with company strategy
- Provide business consultancy to partners
- Analyze sales and sales efficiency for Fleet Solutions Channel
- Develop, execute and follow-up sell-out actions
- Conduct Fleet customer visits together with partners technical and sales team
- Follow-up customer performance
- Exchange regular information with KAM's
- Exchange regular information with region offices of relevant channel / customer
Communication & Coordination
- Analyze sales and sales efficiency for Fleet Solutions Channel
- Activate support functions by transferring the needs of partners in their area and coordinating their involvement
- Provide comprehensive care and regular communication to the partner
- Create and maintain long-term relationships with partner
Consultation/ Training
- Product Consultation

- Collect market and competitor information
