JOB PURPOSE

Plan, lead, and manage overall operations for LPG Sales in the assigned region, aligning with the defined functional strategy and quality standards. Ensure achievement of sales targets, cost efficiencies, and high customer satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Job Specific Accountabilities
Market Analytics
  • Maintain and analyze customer data; provide feedback to the Department Manager on market opportunities and trends.
  • Conduct feasibility studies based on agent and distributor information about customer requirements.
Product Pricing
  • Adjust LPG Cylinder prices for distributors, government, and commercial customers as directed.
Sales Operations and Business Development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospect new ones.
  • Process purchase orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
  • Engage with technical and dispatch teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Build new business through cold calling, market monitoring, and tender follow-ups.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales.
Credit and Collection
  • Ensure timely debt collection and review customer payment performance.
  • Assess creditworthiness of new customers and manage credit limits.
Customer Service
  • Ensure service quality meets customer expectations using feedback and coordination with the plant.
  • Handle queries and complaints effectively to maintain good relations.
Relationship Management
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to high ethical standards.
Others
  • Represent at seminars and exhibitions, follow up on business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and product knowledge.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing/Sales) or relevant field.

Minimum Experience & Skills
  • At least 8 years in sales management with commercial accountability.
  • Experience in operations, developing strategic plans, and project management.
  • Regional exposure and retail experience are advantageous.
  • Strong strategic, innovative, and conceptual thinking skills.
