Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor and embed Cirium's 3C Selling principles across the team.
- Manage a team of Business Development Managers to achieve sales objectives and plan strategies to ensure a consistent flow of business across the aviation industry.
- Develop the competencies and effectiveness of the sales team members, always leading by example.
- Provide accurate forecasting to the Sales Leadership team & ensure all activity across the team is recorded in Salesforce.
- Manage relationships with key policy agencies and support the promotion of data transformation in China's aviation ecosystem. Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, and trade shows as appropriate.
- Build long-term strategic account plans designed to maximize existing revenue streams while demonstrating ROI to the client.
- Identify new problems that we can solve while working with internal resources to deliver new complex solutions into new sections of a defined client base.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading sales teams in B2B data solutions or aviation.
- Strategic thinking to identify new opportunities and solve client challenges creatively.
- Outstanding communication skills to inspire both your team and clients.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to travel across MEA for client and prospect visits and conferences.
- Proven track record in building successful sales teams.
