In a nutshell

Loylogic is seeking a highly ambitious, results-driven Sales Manager to sell our solutions into the Banking industry within the GCC Market. This role is designed for someone who can think consultatively and sell strategically but execute rapidly to meet our ambitious growth targets.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the sale, from lead generation to closing. This is a high-impact role that requires a growth-oriented, can-do mindset.

What will you do

  • Achieve or exceed revenue quota targets annually.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies and account plans.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Finance, Loyalty, and Marketing in the Banking sector.
  • Prospect and sign partnership agreements with potential partners. Manage pipeline generation, opportunities, and reviews globally.
  • Leverage your network within the finance industry to secure new opportunities and support partners in closing sales.
  • Create joint marketing plans with partners for promotions and events.
  • Practice sales excellence by selling value and utilizing best-practice sales models.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline information in the CRM system.
  • Understand Loylogic's competition and unique selling propositions.

What will you need

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions.
  • Established relationships within the industry at the CMO, Head of Cards, or Head of Loyalty levels (50+ relationships).
  • Regional technology experience in the UAE or KSA.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Business-level English proficiency: fluent or native, with strong oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • A results-driven approach with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and business objectives. Experience selling cloud/SAAS solutions is preferable.

This position will be based in Dubai.
