Job Title: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to procure new individual and multi-property landlords.
- Identify and target potential developers, facility management companies, and real estate brokers/agents/agencies for partnerships.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the General Manager, highlighting achievements and areas for growth.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the Business Developers team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Developers focused on homeowner procurement.
- Conduct daily morning briefings to set goals, review strategies, and align the team on daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly within Dubai's real estate sector.
- Strong background in sales, communication, and negotiation.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners.
- Display exceptional skills in making homeowners feel valued and appreciated, whether through phone conversations or in-person interactions.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken (knowledge of Russian and Arabic is a plus).
- Presence of a UAE driving license is a plus.
