Role Description - SPECIALIZING in AC DUCT CLEANING

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves maintaining relationships with key clients, negotiating and closing deals, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

1. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
2. Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams
3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
4. Ability to identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships
5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
7. Experience in the maintenance or service industry is a plus
