You will be responsible for developing and coordinating OEM Services sales, mainly for equipment support services in the MEA region, in cooperation with OEM Services shareholders and potential partners.

Commercial Activities
  • Promote OEM services in the assigned region and customer base, which may evolve according to management and sales network organization.
  • Coordinate and develop sales aligned with company strategy and opportunity processing.
  • Manage customer relationships from opportunity identification onwards.
  • Assess competitors in the region.
  • Visit prospects and customers to identify opportunities across OEM services, logistics, and technical products.
  • Coordinate with partner sales teams to identify, qualify, and promote OEM offers to new and existing customers.
  • Develop relationships with new local partners and evaluate new service opportunities.
  • Support sales activities related to Ad Hoc Sales, including responding to RFQ/RFP, managing offers, and negotiations.
  • Act as the Account Manager for designated Ad Hoc accounts.
Customer Relations
  • Establish and negotiate customer contracts.
  • Promote business development with existing clients.
  • Visit clients in the assigned region as per company objectives.
  • Assign customer responsibilities aligned with OEM Services objectives.
Diverse Responsibilities
  • Use CRM tools to manage and update activities related to visits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Participate actively in product marketing campaigns and trade fairs.
  • Collaborate with OEM Services shareholders and partners.
  • Contribute to developing and implementing the Commercial Action Plan and Sales budget.
Quality Assurance
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
  • Coordinate quality improvement actions based on customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in selling component service products.
  • Strong network within the airline industry.
  • Autonomy and adaptability in an international environment.
  • CV and cover letter in English.
  • Level Bac +5 is compulsory.
