Job description

We are working with a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider based in Dubai, offering comprehensive freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation services across the GCC and beyond. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead their business development efforts and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new business opportunities in freight forwarding, warehousing, and transportation services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC logistics market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
