Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Channel Sales Manager to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in developing and nurturing a channel for distributors of our refurbished and new IT Server, Storage, Laptops, desktops, and workstations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales through the channel, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to increase sales and expand market reach.
  • Nurture relationships with existing channel partners to ensure their needs are met and to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the partner experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review sales progress with partners and implement improvements as needed.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate with relevant 6+ years of experience in the same product line.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and the specific requirements for various enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive, motivated, and results-driven.
