Are you a seasoned sales leader with a decade or more of experience in digital signage or AV solutions? Are you ready to take the reins of a high-impact role where your strategic thinking and industry knowledge will shape the future of visual communication? If so, this opportunity is for you.

Develop and execute a global sales strategy to grow digital signage revenue.

Build, manage, and expand relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.

Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Mentor junior sales staff and contribute to long-term organizational growth.

Stay ahead of industry trends and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in sales within the signage and outdoor media industry. (Required)

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role within digital advertising.

Deep understanding of digital media platforms, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing.

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analytics software.

Knowledge of the UAE market and digital advertising landscape is highly desirable.
