Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with a proven track record in real estate, specifically in off-plan and land sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading client engagements, developing and maintaining relationships with broker networks, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company’s real estate portfolio. A deep understanding of the Sharjah real estate market and strong connections within the brokerage community are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with qualified clients to present project offerings and close high-value sales deals.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of the company and its real estate offerings, tailoring pitches to client needs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales goals through proactive pipeline management and effective closing techniques.
  • Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of relationships with brokers, real estate agencies, and direct clients.
  • Handle client objections professionally, providing tailored solutions to close deals effectively.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for business development.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, and product teams to align lead generation efforts with sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting for management review and forecasting purposes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the real estate industry, specifically in off-plan properties or land sales.
  • Strong and active network of broker agents and real estate companies within the UAE, preferably with a focus on Sharjah.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing strategic sales plans.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Sharjah real estate market and its regulatory environment is a strong advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of real estate CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
