Position Overview:

We are hiring on behalf of a leading glass manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE, looking to appoint a sales Manager to drive business growth across the GCC region. This is a key regional role focused on industrial sales, responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence in the packaging and manufacturing sectors.

Candidates with a background in selling industrial products will also be considered.

This position is ideal for a sales professional with strong regional experience, looking to grow within a reputed, sustainability-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies across the GCC market
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure service delivery
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform sales planning
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior leadership

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of industrial sales experience in the UAE (glass, packaging, or manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional capacity
  • Strong knowledge of GCC markets and customer dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the GCC
