As a Sales Manager - Leisure, you will be responsible for providing professional and friendly service to all patrons and assisting the Director of Sales.

What you will be doing:
- Analyzing market trends and developing tailored long-stay solutions for corporate clients, including negotiating room rates and packages to boost revenue and maintain market leadership
- Maximizing sales by actively engaging in the Sales Department
- Ensuring compliance with Rixos Bab Al Bahr standards related to Sales & Marketing
- Maintaining existing leisure accounts and sourcing new business to meet occupancy and revenue targets
- Conducting sales calls to existing and prospective leisure accounts as assigned by the DOSM
- Maintaining all sales activities and account information in the Sales Database
- Preparing and executing monthly sales activity plans with the Sales Team
- Hosting qualified clients in hotel F&B outlets
- Assisting in the coordination of hotel functions as requested by the DOSM
- Maintaining a high profile within the travel industry and fostering relationships with key accounts
- Preparing monthly sales reports for the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Submitting weekly sales reports via email to the DOSM by COB each Thursday
- Ensuring sufficient hotel brochures and literature are available for key accounts and initiating regular email communications
- Responding to tender requests from leisure clients in coordination with the DOSM, with all submissions approved prior to distribution
- Traveling interstate for sales activities as approved by the DOSM and within budget
- Participating in selected trade shows
- Tracking responsible companies against room night targets monthly and reporting as per DOSM guidelines
- Attending weekly sales meetings with the DOSM
- Conducting site inspections and hosting familiarization visits as needed
- Participating in monthly review meetings to discuss results versus goals and sales strategies
- Performing other duties and assignments as requested by the DOSM
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Fluency in Russian is mandatory
- Experience in the CIS Market is required
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business indicators and market trends
- A business degree or relevant qualification is advantageous
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality customer service
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
