Job Summary

Based in Dubai, the primary responsibilities of this position involve developing, implementing and executing TWG Tea sales action plans and strategies, to build and maintain positive client relationships as well as developing new clientele to contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Job Descriptions

  • Conduct market research on the local trends in Dubai and the UAE, related to businesses in line with the products conceived and commercialised by the Company (ie. Teas and related goods being the products), and Hotels, Restaurants and Corporates being the targeted customers for wholesale “Targeted Clientele”.
  • Introduce and present the Company to the targeted clientele, using communication materials authorized by the Company, as well as samples provided by the Company at the Company’s costs.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate clients by building a strong pipeline through networking and strategic partnerships to expand company’s client base and ensure sustained growth.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring product satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Company to handle product inquiries and usage, ensure smooth ordering processes, and assist with product training for corporate clients.
  • Create and present sales proposals to targeted clientele, with prior approval from the Company.
  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on client retention and acquisition.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large clientele.
  • Direct and supervise sales activities to ensure profit maximization and the achievement of sales targets.
  • Plan and direct the training of new sales representatives.
  • Manage, develop, coach, and motivate the sales force to ensure a high professional standard and that monthly sales and KPI targets are met.
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure timely invoicing and payments are received from clients.
  • Periodic reporting to the General Manager and Company Headquarters on sales performance, new leads, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related major
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate sales with demonstrated success, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating contracts with clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and excellent eye for details
  • Customer oriented, adaptable and flexible
  • Commitment to working in cross-functional teams.
  • Affinity with the products
