Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive business growth across hospitality and travel service portfolios.
- Identify, develop, and manage relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings across the region.
Qualifications
- Preferably a European national with relevant industry exposure.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales and business development within hospitality, travel, or related services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional European languages will be an asset.
