Job Description:

Sales & Business Development Function

  1. Responsible for acquisition, growth of the asset book and profitability
  2. To build a strong asset portfolio ensuring that delinquency is minimal
  3. Liaise with other Departments like Operations, Credit/Underwriting
  4. To penetrate and deepen existing Client relationships
  5. Look out for opportunities to generate incremental sales/spends and initiate cross-sell at corporate
  6. Understand market to arrive at a competitive product offering
  7. Interact and manage the relationship with all channel partners and corporate coordinators

Skills, Experience & Education:

  1. Sales experience of more than 6 years
  2. Minimum Graduate from recognized institute
  3. Detail orientation & process discipline
