Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Sales Manager for a packaging manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE. The company specializes in innovative packaging solutions, including perfume pumps and aerosol valves, and is currently expanding its footprint in global markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the packaging or related industry, a deep understanding of the UAE market, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets within the UAE and international markets.
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients in the cosmetics, personal care, and related sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and R&D) to meet client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to promote the company's products and expand the client base.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably within the packaging, FMCG, or personal care product sector.
- Proven experience selling perfume pumps, aerosol valves, or similar packaging solutions is highly preferred.
- Strong network of industry contacts and understanding of UAE market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must hold a valid UAE Driving License.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
