Job description

Responsible of sales of quicklime used in Iron & Steel industries focussing on clients mainly based in India.

  • Resolve customer issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction and retention, reinforcing a customer-centric approach.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, showcasing progress and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to penetrate key markets and achieve revenue goals.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales performance, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to drive long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Set clear performance metrics and conduct regular reviews to ensure accountability and achievement of targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should be a confident person. Being multi lingual is an advantage. Should be familiar with India especially the steel companies in India.

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within a similar industry to ensure relevant knowledge.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools to drive informed decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a competitive advantage.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic market conditions and pivot strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
