Sales Manager

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager with about 6-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, maintain existing and new accounts
• Grow the pipelines to provide the expected sales funnel
• Maintain the pipelines report weekly
• Meet or exceed the booking targets quarterly
• Open up new opportunities far and beyond the existing vendors provided lead
• Manage the sales cycle from business champion to C-level
• Work with the presales team to create new services offering to achieve customers' expected outcomes and address market gaps
• Lead the sales presentation of solutions and proposal writing
• Orchestrate as bid manager for all tenders under the assigned accounts

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Self-driven individual with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• At least 6 years of experience will be an added advantage
• Established experience in selling into Enterprise accounts
• Experience in direct selling to end users is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in applying Target Account Selling
• Able to write solution proposals and manage customer expectations
• Must be able to work without supervision
