Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth across Energy, HVAC, and Power Solutions markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in local and regional markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, and technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure solution alignment with client needs.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and close complex deals with clients across commercial, industrial, and governmental sectors.
  • Monitor sales KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance and forecasts.
  • Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company s offerings and expand its customer base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 10 years of sales experience in the Energy, HVAC, or Power Solutions industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of energy systems, HVAC technologies, generators, and trading dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client visits and market development.
