Sales Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the dynamic logistics industry. Based in Dubai, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional logistics solutions to our clients, fostering long-lasting relationships and ensuring operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives and drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential accounts and markets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders across the logistics sector.
4. Lead and mentor the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends and competition.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and forecast sales trends.
8. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
9. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and competitiveness.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the logistics industry.
2. Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data.
8. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
