Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager Retail Distribution, the Account Manager will develop and manage relationships with distribution partners.

Job Accountabilities

1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distribution partners. Act as the primary contact for distributors, addressing their needs promptly.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to meet retail sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends and competition.
3. Performance Monitoring: Track distributor performance against targets. Provide regular reports to senior management.
4. Training and Support: Provide training to distributors about Zurich products. Deliver sales presentations and product demos.
5. Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and address distributor challenges.
6. Compliance: Ensure distributor activities comply with policies and regulations. Keep updated on industry changes.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in Sales and Distribution within Life insurance
