Job Summary:

The Sales Manager – GCC is responsible for developing and managing international sales strategies to drive revenue growth from key overseas markets. This role focuses on building strong relationships with global corporate accounts, travel agents, tour operators. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales and other departments to maximize market share and promote the property across international segments.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities from key international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel trade partners, corporate clients, and MICE planners.
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Represent the hotel at international trade shows, sales missions, and networking events.
  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations for overseas clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and global travel patterns to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Revenue and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales and promotional efforts.
  • Conduct regular sales calls and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports through CRM systems.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the Director of Sales.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns targeting international audiences.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of international sales experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
  • Focused on GCC Market.
  • Established network of international travel trade and corporate clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, rate structures, and contract negotiations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in Arabic is essential.
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity in dealing with diverse client groups.
