Sales Manager (B2B Fintech)

Dubai, UAE.

20 - 25,000 AED fixed + commission.

Our client, an exciting UAE based Fintech scale-up, is looking for a Sales Manager to help their B2B SaaS platform as well as launch their new offering – finance for the SME market.

The company is at an exciting stage on their journey to being the next regional success story. They have secured funding from some prestigious investors, have commercialized their solution and now they need to scale.

As such, they need a Sales Manager (individual contributor) to join the founding team and lead the sales and marketing effort. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key part of the team that takes the company to the next level and beyond.

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales and outbound marketing.
  • Hunt for new logos in the SME space.
  • Educate customers on their B2B product and finance offering.
  • Raise brand awareness.
  • Funnel & Inbound Lead generation program.
  • Deal closure.

Candidate requirements:

  • Strong sales experience in the B2B market in the UAE.
  • Experience of selling Fintech solutions.
  • Experience in the UAE Fintech market.
  • Experience selling to SME’s
  • Experience with financial solutions such as credit and finance.
  • Experience selling to CFOs and finance functions.
  • Experience of high growth environments.
  • Experience of implementing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
