Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the flexible packaging market, focusing on new client acquisition.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively identify and generate sales opportunities, leveraging market insights and trends specific to the flexible packaging industry.
- Execute and monitor quarterly/annual sales budgets, analyzing performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Create and implement targeted marketing plans to effectively promote flexible packaging products and services.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential clients.
- Address and manage customer complaints and grievances, ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering trust and confidence.
- Secure all receivables to ensure effective cash flow management.
Requirements
- Emirati national with fluency in Arabic and French.
- Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; preferred.
- 5 to 15 years of experience in sales, particularly in new customer development within the flexible packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of the flexible packaging industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
- Proven ability to navigate and influence large organizational buying processes.
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license; personal vehicle required.
- Independent, self-motivated, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
