A leading multinational company is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in the UAE. This is a critical role for someone with a hunter sales profile and a strong network in the UAE’s oil & gas and industrial markets. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and strengthen regional presence as part of a global team.

Sales Manager (Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates)

Your Role : As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing key accounts, and driving revenue growth in the UAE. You will represent high-quality technical solutions aimed at various industrial sectors – one of them being Oil and Gas, working closely with both customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. New Customer Acquisition: Actively pursue and develop new business opportunities, focusing on clients in the UAE, particularly in the oil & gas sector.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers. Understand client needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
  3. Sales Strategy Execution: Manage the full sales cycle – from prospecting and presentations to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
  4. Market Insight: Keep track of industry trends, customer developments, and competitor activities to support strategy development.
  5. Collaboration: Work in coordination with cross-functional teams including technical and operations to support project execution and customer service.

Your Profile :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, ideally within industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience with new business development and managing key accounts in the UAE market, especially in oil & gas.
  • Strong industry network and ability to quickly establish rapport with decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while being part of an international team.
