Job Responsibilities
  1. Search for leads through available resources such as existing database, trade fairs, exhibitions, Google search, Yellow Pages, cold calling, etc.
  2. Engage with prospective customers and convert them into new business opportunities.
  3. Explain the benefits and advantages of Ashlyn Redlands/AFRA International FZC products to potential buyers.
  4. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions promptly.
  5. Promote business growth by expanding the company's customer network.
  6. Be customer-friendly and capable of influencing customers effectively.
  7. Follow up with customers on previous discussions.
  8. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and conversations for future reference.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree.
  • Mandatory computer knowledge.
  • Fluency in Malayalam is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Experience of 3 to 15 years in customer care, marketing, or sales.
