Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in ad tech sales, preferably within a DSP or programmatic environment.
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape and programmatic ecosystem.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies across the MENA region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of the company’s DSP.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.

About the Role

As Sales Manager for the MENA region, you will play a key role in driving business development and revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting the company’s DSP solutions. You’ll work closely with internal teams to provide strategic sales support and ensure client satisfaction across all stages of the funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with advertisers and agencies across the MENA region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption of the company’s DSP
  • Promote programmatic advertising solutions to prospective clients, educating them on benefits and platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Success, Media Buying, Product) to align client goals with technical solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments
  • Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in ad tech sales, preferably within a DSP or programmatic environment
  • Solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape and programmatic ecosystem
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Experience working in or with the MENA market
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is a must
  • Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi
