Job description

What you will be doing:

  1. Implement basic sales techniques and principles as set out by ACCOR Hotels.
  2. Coordinate and implement segment sales activities and strategies to optimize room occupancy and revenue, while managing costs and aligning with the hotel’s business mix.
  3. Communicate sales promotions and information after approval from the DOS, ensuring relevant staff receive updates.
  4. Develop relationships and partnerships with key accounts, prospect accounts, and other clients within your designated territory or beyond if not yet assigned within the sales team.
  5. Plan, coordinate, and execute all sales trips within the designated territory in agreement with the Director of Sales (DOS) efficiently and effectively.
  6. Identify potential new accounts and conduct sales activities to acquire these customers.
  7. Prepare and draft company contracts for hotels according to Corporate Pricing, current business strategy, and market conditions.
  8. Generate leads for the hotels, monitor offers, and actively follow up to increase conversion, working closely with the Banquet and Reservation departments.

Qualifications

  • Relevant sales experience is an asset.
  • Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
