Business Unit: Software and Digital Solutions

Here's what you'll be responsible for:
- Generate leads through partners, referrals, and events.
- Collaborate with alliance partners (e.g., consulting firms, ISVs) for lead generation.
- Assess sales potential and map key accounts.
- Work with deal consultants during evaluations and implementations in medium to large enterprises.
- Target key accounts and build a strong pipeline with support from LOB stakeholders.
- Refine your account list based on buyer behavior, competition, and market dynamics.
- Follow up with prospects to secure meetings, demos, and new opportunities.
- Identify and connect with key decision-makers between the client and internal teams.
- Adhere to the sales process and report regularly to the Regional Head.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients.
- Achieve revenue targets and manage collections effectively.
- Collaborate with local partners and alliances to expand business opportunities.
Your success will be measured by these KPIs:
- Number of new Target Account List (TAL) accounts opened.
- Revenue generated from accounts in the last 12 months (LTM).
- Profitability (Profit Before Tax).
- Service line revenue.
- Accounts receivable performance and operational effectiveness (billing, contract closure, etc.).
- Customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) completed.
- Strong knowledge of Smart Manufacturing, IoT, Digitization, and Automation.
- Proven experience in solution selling to large conglomerates.
- Track record of successful sales of consultative solutions.
- Experience selling MES products, IT solutions, Automation, or IoT platforms is a plus.
- Experience selling SAP, Microsoft ERP, or core manufacturing solutions.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions independently, without pre-sales support.
- Consistent sales of software solutions to enterprise customers with over $800M in turnover.
- Experience opening new business in large enterprises across the Middle East, especially in the UAE.
- Ability to work closely with different teams to craft strategic proposals.
- Experience selling to CXOs and senior leadership, beyond just IT professionals.
- Understanding of contracts and financial discussions.
- Strong negotiation skills with clarity and impact in communication.
- Minimum of 5 years of solution sales experience in the UAE.
