Position Title: Sales Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client: A professional intelligent solutions provider offering cutting-edge smart home automation for premium residential and commercial spaces across the UAE, headquartered in Dubai.

Job Description:
  1. Build and maintain relationships with developers, hotels, property firms, and government projects.
  2. Manage end-to-end sales processes including design, quotation, bidding, and negotiation.
  3. Develop integrated proposals based on client needs, and present smart system architecture and value during pitches.
  4. Identify and grow strategic partnerships and channels through monitoring competitors, customer behavior, and market trends to inform sales strategy.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Open to Arabic and Indian nationalities, 40 years old and below.
  2. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Building Intelligence, Marketing, or any related field.
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in similar industry and has strong network within real estate, hotels, apartments, property management companies.
  4. Valid UAE driving license is a must.
