Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Air Conditioning (AC) to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the air conditioning product line. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets in the AC segment.
  • Manage and lead the AC sales team, including setting goals, training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and distributors.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional strategies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through pre- and post-sales support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the HVAC or air conditioning industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of AC systems (residential, commercial, or industrial).
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
