Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our client's IT Passive Solutions business in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structured cabling, data center infrastructure, and passive networking components. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strategic relationships, and expanding market share across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for IT passive solutions (e.g., structured cabling, racks, patch panels, cable management, fiber optics).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise, government, telecom, and data center sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales of IT passive infrastructure solutions in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling standards (TIA/EIA, ISO/IEC), fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • UAE driving license and willingness to travel across the region.
